Consulting and Implementation

There’s no one-product-fits-all thing. It is with this belief that we carry not just one, but a roster of world-class business management software, precisely so we can provide unbiased recommendations as to which solution best fits your needs. But more than recommending new technologies, we diligently work with you to craft methods, technology-related or not, that help revolutionize the way you do business. We start by understanding your vision and then helping you find the best way to get there. With a team of highly competent certified public accounts, industrial engineers, supply chain management advisors, and software engineers as consultants, we ensure service delivery that extends beyond business IT requirements.

Implementation Methodology

AGS Consulting Division uses a methodology that is repeatedly proven to be a successful approach in implementing business management solutions and process optimization across industries and client environments. It provides content, tools, and expertise from numerous implementations that warrant a timely and cost-effective implementation.

  1. 1 Fit GAP Analysis

If it doesn’t fit, we won’t force it. This is our mantra as business consultants. We will tell you right away if we’re the right team to solve your business pain points and address your organizational requirements. We know how to walk away when we’re not. When we’re sure we have what you need, we will build a roadmap based both on your current and future state business models.

  2. 2 Business Process Design/Re-design

We will sit down with each of your business units to assess your existing setup, including architecture and infrastructure, and to collect and document your requirements. Afterwards, we will define how these requirements will be implemented and what changes your current business processes and overall structure need to be enforced.

  3. 3 System Development and Configuration

Now we will configure our recommended ERP or business management solution according to our agreed process design. While the software is built based on best business practices, you may have very specific requirements that the solution as is cannot readily address. For this, we will do customizations, integrations, or interfaces, whichever is applicable.

  4. 4 Deployment and Testing

In here we will begin to migrate your data and transition you to the new system and/or processes. Several testing scenarios will be ran and fine tuning will be done until we get the confidence that all is properly set for the new system. We will also make sure your team is properly trained and equipped for ease and speed of adoption of the changes.

  5. 5 Operation and Support

Congratulations! The new system is now ready to be used productively in your day-to-day business operations. We will make sure all issues and problems are resolved and the knowledge transfer is completed before we sign off the project. But this is not the end. This only marks the start of the Support and Enhancement phase.

Our project management team conducts quality assurance audit in each of these phases to ensure that quality standards are consistently met and the agreed scope of work is being followed at all times
